Due to serious health complications several years ago, I’ve had extensive dental issues and have often felt embarrassed or judged when seeking treatment. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire team led with genuine kindness, compassion, and understanding. They immediately put me at ease and took away so much of the anxiety I was carrying. The care I received was exceptional. Dr. Kevin Su took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Rather than pushing unnecessary treatment, he worked with me to create a treatment plan that fit both my needs and my timeline, which meant so much to me. I’ve seen a lot of dentists over the years, and this is one of the very few offices that truly made me feel like a person instead of a dollar sign. Every member of the team treated me with respect, empathy, and professionalism. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness they showed me today and would highly recommend Dr. Kevin Su and Los Olivos Dentistry to anyone looking for a dental team that genuinely cares about their patients. I had a wonderful experience with the dental office staff. The front administrative staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and were always courteous and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also kind, caring, and attentive throughout my visit.
